How far would you go to do the right thing, when all of the circumstances and people around you advise against it? This Russian drama explicates widespread corruption in a small town built on bribes and kick-backs. The entire rotten structure of a neglected public building mirrors the town’s leadership team. When a minor plumber discovers that the building is sure to collapse within hours, he faces many choices. The scenes, the action, everything about this movie is superb, including the acting.  You may continue to think about it for  long time.
